About us

Captain Jon Castor, President of the organization, has been fishing in the Gulf waters since 2002. As a master 100-ton captain with sailing and towing endorsements, he boasts an impressive maritime background. A United States Coast Guard Veteran, Captain Castor discovered that spending time on the water was extremely therapeutic in managing his PTSD. This experience inspired him to establish an organization providing free fishing trips to fellow Veterans.
